Q: Will the products need to be resealed?
A: No, all the products are sealed with a one-time sealer.It is sealed with several layers of sealer so as to make it less porous and penetrative. 

Q: How long does it take for you to ship locally?
A: All confirmed orders will be delivered to you within the next 3-5 working days.

Q: What happens if my product  arrives damaged?
A: Our products are meticulously packaged to ensure they arrive safely, but on rare occasions, damages may occur. We recommend that all items be thoroughly inspected within 12 hours of delivery, and any issues should be promptly reported to our team. If your product is damaged, we will work with you to find the best solution.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Since we’re just getting started, we’ll only be offering local shipping for now. However, we’re excited to expand and ship worldwide very soon!

Q: How do I take care of the Bubble Tray?
A: Avoid placing moist or wet items directly on the concrete for extended periods. If the surface gets wet, promptly wipe it up to prevent possible marking.

For dried spills, use a damp cloth. For more stubborn stains, opt for a non-acidic, non-abrasive cleanser.

Avoid vigorous scrubbing, as it may dull the shine and remove the protective sealer.

Direct sunlight can cause concrete to slowly discolour over a long period of time.

Over time, your concrete product may develop scratches, cracks, and edge chipping from everyday use. To minimize this, avoid impacting the edges and surface with hard objects. However, each item in the Concrete collection is treated with a deep penetrating sealer, so resealing is not necessary.
